The Online Success Agreement (OSA) is a document designed to better understand the role of online learning for students that are taking three or more online classes in any term. The form only needs to be completed once per school year. The student and a parent/guardian should complete the form together. The anticipated time to complete the form is between 15 - 20 minutes. The form contains questions about previous online experiences, goals, and plans for being successful in future online courses. After completing the form, an A2 Virtual+ counselor will review the form and follow up if there are any questions or concerns. 

Please note: Students that are taking A2 Virtual+ Online Courses MUST maintain a permanent address within the Ann Arbor Public Schools boundary and be enrolled in an Ann Arbor Public School.
